In general, all exterior modifications require the submission of an application to the Covenants Committee. As an example, such modifications include but are not limited to: decks, patios, fencing, additions, landscaping, hot tubs, lighting, painting, storm doors, recreation equipment, etc. Completed applications should be mailed or faxed to the address listed on the application.
There is a parking policy in place and it is enforced consistently. It is your responsibility to inform your family members, guests, and renters of the policies below.
On June 11, 2017, the Windsor Mews HOA Board passed Policy Resolution 2017-1 to update the covenants violation and dispute resolution process. This policy is the current process that will be followed for any covenants violations.
